Refund Policy

1.1) Refund requests can be made within a maximum of 7 days of course enrollment. If you request a refund within 7 days of enrolment, your full course fee will be unconditionally refunded. You cannot request a course fee refund after 7 days have passed after course enrollment.

1.2) Refund amount will not be directly cash transaction in any way. You can make payment from our platform to your preferred payment channel and at the time of refund, the refund will be attempted through the same channel through which you made the payment. If any service charge is applicable through the respective channels while making the refund, the customer will have to bear that charge.

1.3) You can request a refund directly from our website. The refund request will be refunded to the same channel through which the user made the payment within a maximum of 7-10 working days after the refund request is successfully processed and approved by the Esrat’s Academy authorities and will be communicated to the user through a confirmation email. If any service charge is applicable through the respective channels while making the refund, the customer will have to bear that charge.

1.4) Once your course refund request is successful you will lose all access to the course and will no longer be able to login to our platform.

1.5) Check the course curriculum before enrolling in the course, otherwise no refund request will be entertained due to any complaint regarding the course curriculum after enrolment. “I didn’t see this part of the website, I didn’t read it carefully, I didn’t have time, my eyes missed it” – no such request will be acceptable to us.

We grant refund if:
  • Non-delivery of the product.
  • Product not-as-described.
  • If we are not able to resolve the issue.
Esrat’s Academy is not obliged to give refunds in any of the situations listed below.
  • If you bought any item by mistake and downloaded the item.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item.
  • For some reason, you changed your mind after the purchase.
  • You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs.
  • You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website to investigate the product you are having issues with.
  • No refunds will be given after 7 days from the initial purchase.
